  • QPR boss Mark Hughes not interested in Christopher Samba

“We expressed an interest and I think we actually put in a couple of bids, but that was two or three weeks ago. Blackburn came out very strongly and said they didn't want to encourage any more bids so that is where we left it.”

its funny as we have even if we dont get him weakened blackburn , they now have a captain who has pulicly said doesnt want to be there his team mates may have a problem with that the fans will not be keen , if they take captaincy off him assuming he has to stay will have the hump
what you call a strategic transfer bid

(or were setting up for spurs so we get bassong kranjcer etc
