I would say you can play in Europe without International clearance. I think its a matter of time and someone said they read last week, he had clearance.

Sure it will be okay, as these things take time, but I can only guess thats why he has not played over here.

TBH i also didn't think he needs a work permit has he has a dual nationality passport (Argentine & Italian)

if there is a delay with him getting "full clearance" i can only imagine it's something to do with the payment to Inter.....and before anyone jumps down my throat, that's only a guess.
