          I think it shows it's not the players
          It's how u set them up and what jobs you give them to do
          What I find really encouraging is the constant coaching during the game , when ball out of play if needed players were coached: told what he wanted them to do

                Hill did have a dig at Warnock against Norwich I think it was.
                Hill felt exposed, but Warnock didnīt react at all. A minute later Norwich got their winner.

                  Hill certainly did. I and many others heard it. He ran over and shouted 'They are playing wing backs - it's 4 against 5. You've got f@cking do something. You've got to change it!'. NW just sort of blanked him. Right in earshot of the Directors box with a certain Joseph Barton sitting next to Phil Beard and talking to him all game. Love to know what he was saying then.
