How many are we allowed in the Prem?

Wondered that myself... i think it's 2 from other prem cluubs, but not sure about others.... Rumours suggest we are getting Henrique, and Zarate on loan plus Taiwo... although, there has been talk that that deal is subject to a medical, so would that be the case if only a loan... wouldn't you just play him and if he breaks down send him back.
