We've set ourselves up to get the p**s taken out of us on transfers because:
-We're trying to sign players from clubs who are near us in the table or hate us
-Every club can see our squad is in big trouble, they know how desperate we are and can squeeze every penny from us before Jan 31st
-Players can hold us to ransom as we need them so badly
-Every man and his dog knows we have at least 10m to spend

This could either be a very frustrating or a very expensive transfer window.

According to the Telegraph we've agreed terms with City and Onuoha wants to come at least, while Alex is still happening. Hopefully we'll see them both in for Wigan.

Do you think they could just be waiting for Onuoha to sign so they can unveil both Alex and him at the same time, which may have more of an immediate impact in terms of us showing ambition? Other players might see it more of as incentive to join rather than players trickling in.

if true that we are willing to pay 60k-80k to Onuoha , then I can't see Alex as a goer ! To me it seems we are trying to rush through a deal for Onuoha due to Alex turning us down . I'm hope that's not the case and come Saturday they are both Rangers players . The problem is I think we need a creative midfielder more then anything at the moment .

Onuoha got 15 minutes against Wigan on Sunday, he should be OK. Not so sure about Alex.
