Get him in I say, he prospered in the hoops,appreciate he was crap for Charlton but then everyone has been recently so wont hold that against the guy. I thought he was class when we had him on loan & he would make my thread "we have look of relegation"

Cranie was great at Centre Back during his loan spell and I understand that Centre Back is his preferred position.

I think if he came back now he would be more likely to be used at Full Back. Would still definitely like to see him back, he can apparently play anywhere across the back four.

my thought as well scott , i had 4 players i would like us to sign , we have got one in abel t . and one of the others was matin craine . would be great signing , looked solid for us , very comfortable on the ball and reads the game well , plus he can play anywhere in the back four

He was brilliant on loan for us! BUT he hasn;t played as well since and we already have Hall, Stewart, Gorkks and Connolly who all play CB! I haven't sen him play at full back really and as far as I know he isn't left footed so won't be much cop at left back which kind of makes it a waste going for him!
We really need a left back!
