He can't do less than Smith.

Fully agree, last two sub appearance Smith has been very poor. What has happened, I actually thought we had a squad that could finish just above the relegation zone but suddenly we look truly awful

Apparently Ephraim was all set to play, as was DJ, and it was a big surprise that both weren't involved.

Have to say the more you look at our first team and squad the more you realise how much work Hughes has to do.

Hogan has a good attitude and a very nice touch. Very unfortunate not to be given a chance this season when you reflect on how many chances some others have been given. I accept that he is a bit lightweight, but never gives up and very good at holding his nerve when one on one with keep (unlike SWP).

To be fair, MH must see something in him to put in his top 16 for the past two games. He didnt even make Warnocks top 25. He is an intelligent player and still capable of doing a job for us.

he issue is as someone has already said is that we were promoted with an average CCC team that is being found out in the PL. Swansea and Norwich both knock the ball around we just hoof and run. The new signings, apart from Traore, have hardly lit up the season........If you look at the players we have (apart from Tarbs, Traore and maybe one more) it is an average team.....player for player Wigan, Blackburn and Bolton are better.....we are better than Wolves maybe.....we need new faces.....alex would be a great start, but a new midfield is needed too

Never understood how Tommy made the 25 man squad ahead of Hogan back in august. Don't think anyone's advocating Hogan for a 1st XI spot but he's a decent squad man for occasions when injuries/suspensions and whatnot are depleting us.
