I will not be surprised If Mackie never features again.

He will play 4-4-2, using pretty much the same players Neil used but the big difference is he will be playing them in their correct positions.
I also believe he will want to use all 3 subs today (at the right time and in the right places) so as to see how people can perform under him.
Will be interesting anyway as players will really be playing for their futures and who he brings in will be reflected once he has assessed his options for our best chance of survival. No point going out getting a big name or expensive player that may not fit in.
