I think the key here is Spurs are potentially going to challenge for the title, so HR will be reluctant to sell and fringe players when someone like Modric or VDV could do their ligaments in the next game and be out for the season.

It's a shame as i really would like to see Krancjar personally more than Pienar, but given HR only signed him last year, when most of his current squad were there suggests that he sees Pienar as backup for one of the regular starting 11, hence won't want to sell.
