QPR have upped their bid for Christopher Samba to £8m after Hughes carried out a Premier League raid.

The Blackburn defender had already been offered £6million from former manager Neil Warnock, but now Mark Hughes is in charge Samba is QPR's top target.

Mark Hughes called Christopher Samba personally and increased his offer to £8million.

Hughes is understood to have a budget of around £ 30m to secure the future of QPR.

Let's be honest it won't take a lot of persuading for Harry to land Samba.

Pushing for the title believe it or not, Champions League football likely & its no use saying will he play as all players think they are so good their mindset will be 'I will play' so I fully expect Samba to head for WHL over coming to us & getting involved in a relegation battle.

If we don't get him we move on. Fast.

I think Cahill want's to go to Spurs and Harry will end up getting him which will leave Samba to us, just a gut feeling, Cahill woud surely have gone to the **** by now if he really wanted it?
