A bit of positivity amongst all the negativity:

I hand delivered on Friday (30 December) an envelope with my £50.00 refund vouchers inside with a letter asking for a Newcastle away and an Aston Villa away ticket and for them to debit my card for the remaining £13.00. Tickets arrived in the post today with a reciept for £13.00 also.
