Can't see us getting what would be considered as 2 marquee CB signings. If we get Alex, i think we can rule out a big bid (which is what it will take) for Samba.

If we got Alex, i would be seriously happy. He is, imo, as good as we could possibly hope to attract. The fact he wants to stay in West London is the Ace in the pack for us and we should do what we need to to secure the deal. He and Ferdinand at CB could be superb.

He is out of contract in the summer, hense the cheaper than should be price tag. Very good deal IMO, top notch defender, alot of my Chelski fan mates would have him starting for them every week.
