Sunderland changed Bruce for Martin O'Neil. We would never attract that calibre of manager would we? Silly comparison.

On the comparison being silly, where do you think NW would be placed in a managers league table, you can include Championship team managers as well if you like as there are some there like Adkins and Big Sam.

I really do not know. However I cannot think of a realistic replacement who in my opinion would do a better job. Of course they might but a risk worth taking?

I still think NW has had a lot go against him since the end of last season and the guy deserves a fair crack of the whip now that the good ship QPR is stable for once.

It's up to DW not the fans. He knows him better than anybody else, and he's not stupid either, I saw his interview some time ago. He's not going to put his club into debt freefall if the resources are not there. I think his priority was that the club exists at a sustainable level.
