At the moment you have to say no. How much money would we need to spend to reverse that situation. And will we be able to attract the calibre of player good enough to get us out of this mess. I think its possible but we will have to pay well over the top, not a problem if tony and the mitals are prepared to take a big hit if it goes wrong. But if it puts our future in danger then no way. But as its been said, a drop in the ocean to the mitals.

At the moment no, but when we bring in a couple more and get our regular central defence partnership going there will be.

I would of said yes in Blackburn,Bolton and wigan but we have yet to beat any of them, Wigan now look like a team who know how to fight and pick up points, Blackburn will get relegated and not sure with Bolton, WIgan win tonight then we are in the bottom 3 which in Novmeber look no way possible.

Joking aside.....I think we will get better and ceratainly hope so because I fear that Blackburn and Wigan are likely to.

I am as depressed as everyone else on here about our current situation and run of form, it is disastrous. However, regardless of patches of form, I am in no doubt there are at least 3 worse teams than us in the division, probably more. Warnock’s indiscretions aside with team selections and subs, we have had a lot of bad luck of late it must be said. Everyone has a bad patch through a season and this is ours and will hopefully end soon. Others will have their bad spells when we get our ship in order and start to pick up points again.

Norwich and Swansea have yet to have a bad run, but it will come. I mean FFS, Norwich are not a good team and got 6 points from us, yet I would still say we were the better side than them. They got a massive break the other day and it cost us, but we were still the better side with a player less…. Of course we are better than them. I also feel Wigan will struggle this year, as will Blackburn, Bolton, Wolves.

I’m trying to be positive and we just need a change of fortune on the pitch to nick a win. Once we do I’m sure there will be more to follow quite quickly with a decent team, which we do have, plus more signings. I just Hope Warnock gets a bit of a reality check from TF and it opens his eyes. He MUST play SWP on the right wing every week. If he does, the goals will come from his assists. If he doesn’t Mackie will continue to run into people and create nothing. He may work hard, but so does SWP, who also offers quality in abundance.
