He needs to start playing two up top, play players in their natural positions, such as SWP, and be more positive in trying to get much needed wins at home.
A few new faces will only paper over the cracks unless all of the above is adhered to........If not........Relegation beckons as surely as tomorrow is Tuesday.

Playing two up top means we'll need to lose Adel as he's not really a left winger. Not quite as easy a decision. Plus, you need more midfielders to let Adel play his game to it's full potential.

451 or 433 can work if we have the right players which we don't have at the moment.

Neil is never a big fan of 442, last season I don't remember us playing 442 and we done quite well. But we in the big boy league now and some of our players are not up to it.
