Also thought this. Calling a black man a "black b4stard" in a row isnt any different to calling a fat bloke a "fat b4stard" is it?
Dont get me wrong im not condoning that sort of thing, but it does seem certain insults are "taboo" when equivalent 1s are deemed ok.

It is totally hypocracy tbh. I am not even slightly racist, but the law is clear, as I said earlier, calling someone a Welsh git is exactly the same as calling them a black git, but apparantly one is out of order and the other is funny.

I am not interested in all this slavery rubbish either - no one alive now in the UK was around when slavery was a reality, no more than they were when it was legal to violently exclude welshmen from Chester after sunset.

Basically to get back on topic, saying to someone that you kicked him because he is black and that you dont talk to blacks is very racist in my mind.

Yes that is probably the stupidest court case of all time, totally agree. I'm talking about whether Luis Suarez made racist comments to Evra and how aggressive those comments were.
