Did I see Adel do not 1 but 2 sliding tackles today!! Thought he was half decent today, not as good as Swansea or Sunderland but that's to be expected against Arsenal.

He looks to have lost weight as well. The only thing that pees me off a wee bit is the fact he never comes over to the fans after the game but not mandatory I suppose!
