dont think mackie touched the ball all game - yet kept throwing his arms in the air because a defender had failed to pick him out with a 40 yrd pass. ffs mackie we were up against arsenal, if you want the ball you have to go and win it yourself rather than standing there like a customer in a brothel waiting to be serviced.Comment

SWP has been awful for us tbh. I havent seen much in him at all really, and for all the time he has on the ball he simply has to do more. He loses it nearly every time and his first touch is worse than mine! And that is saying something. He cannot control the ball, and his shooting ability is even worse from what we have seen.
Mackie, despite his lack of skill does a hell of alot more for the team (other than today as he was very poor). He chases and chases the opposition and forces mistakes. He has scored 2 goals and set up others and can actually use his pace against someone.
And I suspect SWP is being paid alot more than Mackie and delivering much less to the team.Queens Park Rangers Til I Die!

I'm not having all this bowlocks on SWP. Play him where Mackie is, and we'll have a quality player. I felt for him yesterday. Had a really good game, but his poor pass cost us. The lad was onto everything that was played to him in the channel. His pace caused the Arsenal defence all sorts of problems.
I like Mackie, but he's playing a position where we have someone who'll benefit us far more in the long run if given a chance to prove it.Your mum would love me...Comment

Totally agree. His pass did cost us but SWP had a decent game. Always involved and looked dangerous. He has to play in his best position though and that is on the right side of midfield.
SWP has the quality and ability to hurt teams. Cannot believe some people want him benched so Mackie can play.Comment
