With DJ's continued absence, makes you wonder if there is more to this, particularly as he was cited as the one who leaked the team v Blackburn, we will see though I suppose in time. Does seem strange he isn't featuring when its a goal scorer we are crying out for at the moment.

I expect his interpretation of things not good in the background are based on the fact his boy is now warming our bench instead of MAn City's and Chelsea, and he's not of the same mindset, hence something must be up....

Got to be more to the story with Campbell as he was not even on the bench for Swansea

Thought he would be starting most games but has only started once since joining

Well he's done his adopted son no favours there

I know he's a gooner thru and thru but surely you'd have a bit of kop on when talking about your sons employers? Even though he's always hated us that really is quite disparaging, even if it's all true, and does NW no favours at all.

I hope we can ram those words back down his throat

It's a small person syndrome thing between SWP and DJ.

I logged on this morning to ask whether SWP would be able to play well against Daddies team and then saw this thread. IW is a RW.

Now a Prem club = bigger so called names = bigger ego's = fallin out and tantrums. SIMPLE. WE are never going to get back the spirit of last year. NW has already said the players have put Adel through the grinder and let him know what they think.

The minute we agreed to pay Sir Joey 70-80 bigguns a week our problems began. Not only will it p155 other players off but it also raises the bar for other new signings and players signing new contracts.

We got promoted last year thanks to Warnocks ability to create a togetherness amongst the squad, a one for all attitude and of course the genius of Adel. Yes you have to accomodate in the prem but team spirit is a massive factor for clubs like us, it can be the difference between staying up or going down.

I was chuffed to bits when we originally signed Barton but wish we wern't paying him wages like we are reported to be. Its not us, we cant afford it and we shouldnt be doing it. The future and safeguard of Queens Park Rangers FC is much more important to me than simply surviving a year in the premier league.Simple

We should sell Barton, lose our ambition and sign a mediocre player and pay 40k a week maximum.

I dont want to progress. I just want all the players to be best friends and happy to be earning similar money.

Im off to hug a tree now.

Ian has said things that must be really embarrassing for SWP throughout his career though.

We don't know whether there is truth in it or not, but he does have inside info, we have dropped points against teams we need to beat and we do have the biggest plum in the league as our captain and he clearly can't be bothered to play for us - that whilst being on 4x the wages of other players.

There is a possibility that there may be some truth in it. But that is NW's job to sort and we have to trust he can do it. If he can't he is failing in his role, but he may deal with any problems really well for all I know.

Results mean everything - when they are going badly, I am sure there will be some finger pointing, especially in a dressing room full of new faces and big egos like ours.
