I think we all have ideas that Barton doesnt really like Adel, and possibly vice versa.

I get the horrible feeling tho that Barton is someway influencing that fact that Adel doesnt play, I cant quite put my finger on it or saying that its definatly happening but I just get an uneasy feeling that hes got influence (being captain and that) I dunno...

Adel has shown in his last 2 sub appearances in my opinion that he wants to play and seems to be trying harder.

All these stories about how they hate each other and wont pass to each other, yet on Wednesday one of the (few) good things was how Bartons game picked up when Adel came on.

They played some lovely give and go's between them and looked like they were the only two on the same wavelength.

I've been an avid supporter of the Rangers since 1972/73.
If there's one thing I can say with any confidence at all, it's that a lot of my fellow supporters have a tendency to put 2+2 together and come up with =5.
This has, as far as I can remember, been always the case.

However, that's not to say there might not be something in the rumours.
But, there appeared to be a few of our players, not just Joey, scratching Adel's name off their Christmas card list.
Those most obviously annoyed with Tarbs, were Jamie Mackie, and Shaun Derry.
