    Whats the latest news on Cook and do we know how long it will be to see him back in the squad?

    Rowlands is doing great and hope he will be back within the next few months.

          Rowlands may play at Oxford according to Paul Hunter on QPR World.

          No mention of Cook as it seems he didn't travel.

                  Rowlands has done well to get back that quick I wouldn't be surprised to see him pick up niggles with it before he's back properly! I had a similar injury and although I could run and play it took me a while longer to totally sort it and be able to play without any problems!
