    According to reports.

Would be a superb signing. Not holding my breathe, but am hoping!

From what warno has said we r after loans - young squad players from the big clubs. Wd love him and bridge @ the back but v v unlikely we will be spending big money.

Out of all players mentioned Samba has got to be a main target

Worth spending the big money on Samba more so then spending it on Bent

I cannot see them letting go of their best defender (player) given their current predicament. Would be a massive siging if we pulled it off.

Was outstanding at Loftus Riad earlier in the season, could make a quality partner for AF. Get him over Tompkins/Bassong if we can.

Surely the people who run Blackburn would have to be nuts to sell Samba.......

                      ......wait a minute

                          Here's how it will work...

                          We make a bid.
Samba comes and talks to Neil.
                          We get excited.
It's almost a done deal as Sky report we are front runners.
We then talk Defoe, Klasnic and suchlike.
                          Arsenal sign Samba.
                          Defoe stays at Spuds.
                          Klasnic goes to Villa.
We end up with Ridgewell, Livermore, Gomes and AJ.
                          Fans all kick off.
                          We scrape survival.
                          Your mum would love me...

Blackburn have a big debt hanging over them and the Venky's will have to sort it out in January.

Barcley's are demanding they pay them £10 million, although there's also been reports that they owe them £20+ million.

Chances are they'll have to sell some of their better players in January. Hoilett seems likely to go, but I wouldn't be surprised if there are a few offers for Samba.

I think they would be decent signings personally! Probably don't need Gomes though. Rather have a younger keeper as to offer competition.
