    Relegation Or..

    Will we stay up!?

    Course we will stay up.

I cant help but think that Norwich are very much like Blackpool last year, with very little money to add to the squad they have in January they may drop suddenly. Wigan, Bolton and Blackburn are all very poor.

We have a very big game tommoz, however if we win this we are most deffintley on track to stay up.

Add to our squad in Jan gives us an even bigger chance. Bare in mind...

We have a lot of what I would call 'Winnable Games' at home (not to mention that they are teams who could potentially get relegated)

    - Wolves, Wigan, Swansea, Norwich, Stoke, Fulham and Sunderland ... All at home (A total of 21 Points to pick up)

Not a bad stat imo, I genuinely think we can win these games.

Winning games at home is vital, its strange how we are picking more up on the road!

Its probably a good thing actually... Massive game tommoz, big noise needed!!

No forwards = home loses ,away from home we hit teams on the break

For Christ sake leave Norwich alone they were lucky enough to go out and buy one of the forwards we were after ,one that bernerd would'nt let us buy

comparing norwich to blackpool is wishful thinking imho. even when blackpool were riding high they were still leaking goals. norwich look a v solid if not particularly inspired unit to me. this season there are no obvious whipping boys. when blackburn replace kean as they surely will v soon they are sure to revive. wigan are already doing better. bolton are really struggling but they have a good manager. wolves are struggling but they have learned from previous couple of seasons how to win ugly and get out of trouble. at the moment we are looking v soft, like a rangers side of old, and will need to toughen up, stop shipping careless goals and unite as a squad if we are not going to slip into trouble.

Agree with stainrod we do look too soft and teams are just cutting through our midfield at will, but then you'd expect that of Liverpool and Man U.

Problem is that there are no easy games. Blackburn, Wigan, Wolves, and Sunderland may be struggling at the moment but you need to remember even if they are bad at the moment they have been here longer than we have and are better at scrapping for points then we are.

People on here say we'll win vs Blackburn, Wigan, Norwich etc etc, but lets face it we've played them once and not done so. 16th Place at best this season whoever we bring in during January. Just great to be in the PL.
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

luckliy for us we have Bolton and Blackburn - dreadful sides.

Let's assume they take 2 of the 3 relegation slots....that gives us decent odds when Wolves, Swansea, Norwich will all be fighting for that last one.

We are in a scrap though, no mistake.
