Desire and effort - worth nothing compared to quality. He is only PL if you are a bottom 6 club. Yes - he runs a lot - great.

You really have a problem with people with a team ethic who cant do step overs don't you, its hilarious and I wonder why you support QPR FC, surely Real Madrid or Barca are more to your standards.

granted hes not good enough to get in many pl teams but whilst hes being selected he at least tries to warrant his selection,,,,,not too sure you could say the same for adel. but then again adel is not really getting the chances mackie is.he probably should be on the bench but do we really want hill at left back if we play traore on the left wing??

No - I love effort and determination. However, I am not one of those that think it beats quality. Doing step-overs has nothing to do with my point and it just highlights how ignorant you are.

On your 'Quality' point, when Jamie passed to Luke Young at Stoke for the 2nd goal, how much better would the pass have been if Modric, Fabregas or Silva had passed it ? I'm not saying Mackie is as good as them as he is clearly not, I'm just using a factual situation to prove how ignorant you are.

Mackie win lots of corners, makes defenders lives he'll, doesn't give up on a lost cause and when on a run can beat people. Him doing all this kind of stuff can win you a game especially corners etc but propel woul rather have Tarbs who doesn't give a sh!t about the club and has disrespected it so many times.

I responded because I am not ignorant.

He is a professional player, I expect him to be able to make some good passes. The problem is he is mostly huff and puff with little end product. If you want a team of players like that, then that is fine. I don't. I prefer players that have the ability to play in the division we are in and look at home at that level.

How many other clubs in the PL would snap him up?
