These people need to get a life all players get stick its part of the game! look at the stick we gave Fat Frank and his pals from up the road if he thinks that what he's getting is bad maybe he'd better not play when he comes to L/RD in case he gets upset.Comment

Careful as a certain poster will have his say on these infantile chants. I found them funny, especially the JonJo one.Your mum would love me...Comment

If i was picking up 70 boys a week or whatever silly money theyre on, Id let every Tom D-ick n Abdul call me what they liked! Exept "Fatty Matty" of course because that's really quite hurtful. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.Comment

The papers need to ****ing grow up. The "looks like a rat" chant was nothing compared to the **** the papers gave him after he gave Fulham fans the finger. And they also failed to notice that our fans were fairly quiet with their "nasty" chanting after we went 1-0 down.
And they also failed to notice that the subs were pissing themselves laughing throughout our chanting, and that a bit of banter - and note that we didn't swear during this or use racism - actually added to what was a funearial atmosphere at Anfield.Comment

Anyone hear the Spuds fan on the radio this morning practicaly crying at the way Stoke's fans were booing and jeering and whistling every time his team had the ball in their game yesterday. Pathetic little girl said he couldn't understand why they would do that because it makes it a very unpleasant place for his team to go and play. What a ##### :strive:#standuptocancer

As pointed out in earlier post the Liverpool subs who came right down by where i was sitting towards corner flag were pissing themselves laughing at some of our chants.
Carragher and Bellamy started giving Shelvey some stick on the back of it. All good natured fun.Comment

Morning Benny,
We have made some progress. You did kindly allude to my dissenting comments without being abusive. For the record, I also deplore highly paid footballers making gestures to spectators. I am happy to be out on a limb on this. It might be a generational thing.
Kindest regards

I don't do abuse unless its warranted. I'm a good boy. You should know this.
I still can't believe you won't see the funny side to the JonJo one, and the reasons behind the Suarez one. Still, I enjoy myself at football.
Who's next? Rooney?Your mum would love me...Comment

Hi Ben,
I am not sure when abuse is ever waranted.
I don't want to labour this but,why is it wrong to abuse AF on account of his skin ( some people think this funny and justified) but ok to ridicule another person's physical features? We would not want our children subjected to such bullying . We all know where that leads.
I support our club and want its prowess on the field to be admired. Abusing opponents or rival supporters does not enhance that aspiration one iota.
Best wishesComment

Some good points, but I don't see how you can really liken racial abuse to a bit of ribbing. Besides, Suarez is a little s**t. He brings things upon imself by diving and whatnot. Saying he looks a rat may sound harsh, but it is still banter, and not the same as schoolyard bullying as Suarez is a grown man earning a lot of money, and as a footballer is used to this.Hi Ben,

There is no point argueing as there are as many wrongs as rights from our different views, but it's always been part of football from when I started going as a boy.Your mum would love me...Comment
