Ric i didnt even see him moan today, on his display today he would warrant a chance yes. Hes to patchy, playing well for 5 mins here and 5 mins here isnt good enough for a bloke playing his role.

Make no mistake i would like him to start and rip teams apart but i think hes to risky... having said that for me today mackie was terrible as were the rest of the midfeild.

risky? why is he risky? without him we are not capable of scoring a goal and even without him we are not capable to keeping a clean sheet. therefore without him we cannot win. the truth is we have nothing to lose but playing tabs.

Don't think anyone disagrees that he is our most gifted and creative player but there are two sides to football. Yes he looked our best bet today and played similar to how he did against Newcastle etc.

Certainly if he can maintain that and play as part of the team and our formation can be adjusted to accommodate he could prove useful. Hover it is a big if he is a very complex character and there is so much more still to come out.

Warnock will decide which on the basis of his selection and tactics so far does not fill me with confidence.

You cd play adel on the left, swp on the right and drop mackie. still enable you to play barton in the middle, where he he apparently breaks up all the opposition attacks...

Not saying Adel set anything alight with half hours play but it was so clear he looked better than most in that short time & has a lot to offer the team / club
