Mick Jones puts the nail in Taarabt's coffin.....

Jones: “Would we like to keep him? No, because we all know that he wants to go somewhere else, we’ve known that since the last kick of last season."

    and

“One of our midfielders will have to get injured for him to get into the team."

    Ouch!

Indeed. He was worth his weight in gold last season.

I don't know what does my head in the most? Adel not being mentally up to the challenge of the PL and thus losing him? Or that footfaced w&nker Steve Claridge being right all along. No doubt he'll be letting us all know.......Grrrrrrr I hate that man.

such a shame, he will fail wherever he goes because of the way his head works but like jeffro said, will never forget what he did for us last season.

wonderfu player at CCC level but never gonna make it in the EPL - game/attitude not suited. Best he moves on, and quickly, for all concerned. He single handedly got us promoted (ok i exagerate a little but u know what I mean). Without him we never would have got auto promotion and Warnock realised that hence why he bent over backwards to accomadate him

Agreed, but for me, the ones from this season will always remain a fresher memory. Shame as it could have been so different.

With hindsight, should have sold him in the summer.

You could look at it like we've already made £40m from Adel by him getting us promoted...

It's frustrating and a real shame it all had to end this way but realistically it's become obvious that it was impossible for Neil to continue having one rule for Adel and another for everyone else - you just can't build a club on a foundation like that.

Never seen a Rangers player split the fan base so much for a long long time.

Personally if the manager & coaches don't think he can fit in that's fine by me. They work with him everyday. I would of liked to have seen him get a run out last Saturday but again I'm not the boss.

Absolutely unbelievable last season & without him we wouldn't be a Premiership team.

Will be interested to see how his career goes on from here.

                          Cheers Adel.

Indeed, pity some fans have such short memories they have already forgotten last season.
