    John Terry to be charged?

Just hearing his case has been passed to the Crown Prosecution Service to evaluate, if they proceed it would mean both a Police and FA charge. Its taken them long enough but looks loike a bit of progress finally!

Doubt it, CPS won't want that case.

If there is evidence, then they will charge him; if there is none, they won't. Simples

        Not true, there's obviously 'evidence'.

Not expecting a thing to happen to him.

FA are backing him vehemently & although it is out of their hands don't think they don't have influence.

The cps will look at the evidance and if they think they can get a conviction, they will charge him, or if they think they wont get a conviction, they won't. My money is on no charge, although he knows he said it, they just can't prove it.

got a feeling some sort of cover up will occur. not sure if its possible, but just cant see the engalnd captain getting charged. thrown out on lack of evidence or a loop hole.

Hope he does get all he deserves though. A rat of the highest order

                  Looks the most likely outcome.

                    He is a rat.

A mate of mine has worked at Chelsea for years and mentioned the other day that John Terry does whatever he wants regardless, he always has done and he always will. Also confirmed that he genuinely is a nasty piece of work.

If its gone to the CPS then the police feel they have enough to charge, whether the CPS authorise a charge is anyones guess.

Thinks he's number 1 at the club. Could tell you a story or 2 about him that would cause waves.

That really depends on what they propose to charge him with - if it is with "using racially offence language" then yes, there is evidence.

If however they were looking to charge him with being a racist, per se, then perhaps not.
