List of available strikers...

Can we make a comprehensive list of available and experienced strikers that we should realistically be trying to sign.

Please continue the list:

1. Beckford
2. Lita
3. Evans
4. ...

Then when its completed perhaps we could post it in to ask if Jim'll fix it for us.

Seen as Ched Evans is going for around the same amount we sold Blackstock for and has scored goals at this level he seems a good bet really!
Lita I think would be a good buy as would Earnshaw who you would assume isn't going to start next season with Forest having signed three new strikers!

I agree, but disegarding the 'Jim'll fix it' part, the question was actually a serious one.

Who/where are these 'mythical 20 goal-a-season strikers' that we are all rightly adamant are so essential, and lets draw up the list.

What other strikers have man city got?? Now they have Santa Cruz, Robinho, Tevez, & Adebuyor surely they have a few more who wont get a look in. Belamey I doubt would drop plus his wages must be sky high?

No chance of bellemy im afraid , if we were gonna go for earshaw we'd get a better deal as part of swap with dex.

love to see beckford here a gamble i know but reckon he'd smash it !.

We've reportedly spent 3.5 million on Faurlin. How much of that was in hard cash? Less than the 1.5 million Ched Evans would cost? Good shout for Bellamy too, W12chris, but yes wages may well be an issue. I've removed Beckford from the list as he's now been taken off the transfer list.
