I never use the online ticket booking but when calling the 0844 number it did not even put me in a que but just cuts off

Thought I would have a go with the online system and really glad I did as otherwise would be sitting here crying right about now

Good - another game where we sold out - who knows next season (if we're still in the prem) we may even ask for more tickets.

I loaded the online ticket system up at 5 to 9 and was taking ages and told me was in a que so phoned the box office as well and turned out to be quicker calling had finished paying over the phone before had even got through the que online

how the hell can 1500 tickets go in less than an hour, My son was queuing up and people were coming out with 6 or 7 tickets at a time, they told him sorry but all sold out and when he complained they just shrugged there shoulders, I will be putting in an official complaint about this

i dont see what the problem is with this to be honest. obviously only getting friends tickets who have enough points. not like he is cheating the system.

i called up and got max ticks i could get over the phone and had to call up again to get remaining 4 i needed by this time was sold out win some u loose some needless to say 4 mates wont be happy

Mate, people were doing exactly the same for Leeds home and Cardiff and Watford away last season. Mates do eachthers favours. No point in having all of you queueing up at the same time. One of you goes, and the others give him the refference.

I understand it's frustrating, but that's how it goes sometimes. I've been on the receiving end of this before...

Agreed. And if you have 8 friends who are also entitled to them, and you go on their behalf, then there shouldn't be a problem?
