    What is Phil Beard's job?

I really like him as he's such a nice guy and loves QPR, but I don't know what he actually does, anyone know what his job involves ?
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

CEO He is basically the same as warnock on the QPR business side. Is responsible for all of the corporate sponsorship, contract negotiations, who QPR employ , who we take as contractors etc.

Tony F and Amit would direct him in lots of areas but he will actually implement things
