    Good spot Cali.

    I agree, always good to bring these young hungry players in. Some will disagree & say look at Troy Hewitt no appearances etc but we have to build a good youth set up. Only gotta find that one gem that turns into a great player & it makes the investment worthwhile.

      There are some good non-league players out there that have not been picked up or are late developers. Smalling came from non-league to Fulham now Man Utd.

        Once spotted they need to be given time to adjust.

          Exactly. Training with the calibre of players we have & taking in big grounds, crowds etc will do them the world of good.

            Correct,like this new policy of the club, lots local talent in London, 10 mil people, Lots of local talent available
