    Faurlin contract

Got to get Ali Faurlin signed on a new extended contract. TF needs to get this man nailed down and ensure he is a rangers player for a long time to come.

He's signed up till 2014, isn't he? I actually think Ale will stay with us for longer than many seem to think. He seems an honourable man and I think he will want to repay us for the FA business for as long as possible -- he really took the blame on himself for that, even though it wasn't his fault.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

There is no loyalty on football any more so he will stay until someone offers to double his money or we get relegated.

If we keep making steady progress I think he will stay and grow with the club!

Fans of all clubs think their star/ favourite play will stay because they ascribe the love they feel for the club to the players. Look at Blackpool fans and Adams. Then as soon as a big club comes in they are off. This cd all be hot air but IF one of those clubs really does come in for him with a half decent offer, he'll be off - let's get real here.

and rightly so imo - there are bigger clubs than us.

Thing is if you do offer a new contract and he stalls on it or rejects it, the press wil get hold of it and then every club in the land knows... Leave it or offer him double

If we offer him a decent deal I think he will sign it. He's not as greedy as footballers usually are, and as someone said I think he feels like he owes the club since the ''gate''.

He does not owe the club anything, as he came to play footie, it was the bungling buffoon who caused the problems and as soon as his agent says its time to move on for a better deal, he will say thank you to everything at QPR FC for everything as he is a gentleman and move on.

Anyone tweeted Tony saying we need to do everything to keep Ali?!

By far one of the most important players for us this season and the only player I can think of that would Interest other clubs, need to do everything to keep him!

Exactly... Love it how people on here talk as if they know the players really well.

Faurlin is no Tevez. He cant move if he's under contract, its still up to us if we choose to sell him during that time. If Spurs or Arsenal start offering silly money (unlikely anyway knowing them) then it comes down to TF & Amit's ambition, which on all the evidence so far is extremely strong.
