London to Southend Charity Bike Ride This Sunday

My wife lost her Uncle to heart disease last week.

At short notice I've decided to do the London to Southend charity bike ride this Sunday in aid of the Bitish Heart Foundation.

I appreciate that money is tight all round but any donations however small would be greatly appreciated.

Finished the main London to Southend but (59 miles) in just under 3 hours - not bad for a 44 year old! Then had a 25 mile ride home where the hills seemed twice as long and twice as high.... Legs a bit tired today!
