4-0 loss to swansea in fa cup. We were completely outplayed by a team in a lower league than us. Likes of paul bruce were in the team, so you can see why.

Worst game by far even though we didnt play was the Wolves 1 v 3 Liverpool. Listened to that on the radio and that hurt like hell. That game still hurts even now because we deserved the title. Obviously the MC Cup final when we never bothered showing up against Oxford. Throw in also losing to Bury and getting relegated, AEK Athens, Partizan Belgrade, the 5-0 v Southend, Vauxhall motors. Also the game we lost when we got relegated from the premiership but cant for the life of me think who it was. Another that also hurts is when i payed for 2 non Rangers fans to come and watch us in a midweek game at Hillsborough in the cup in the early/mid 90's i think and we got tonked 4-0 by Sheff Weds. Too many over the years that hurt but i always try and negate these feelings by thinking of days like the new years day massacre at old trafford when we beat Man Ure 4-1. Dennis Bailey get in there me old son. U R'ssssss chin up lads.

2 x games V Southend a few years ago - one in the LDV (4-0?) and a 5-0 in the league. As a Southend Local both horrendous nights.

I lived in Southend for 5 years and on the night of the 4-0 hiding I lost ALOT of money to friends of which I am still reminded of to this day!
