i think you can split the prem into two divisions really and they are as fiollows

man utd
tottenham
arsenal
chelsea

these five are so stinking rich that they are so very hard to beat,because they can go out and spend 30 million on new players

but that fact being recognized theres no reason why we xcant finist tenth this season and take 5th next season ferdinand barton and swp could all play for the full england team,but we need more top players
