Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Well I have never seen anyone "rib" him and would speak out if I ever saw it and this thread has not been unkind to him in the slightest so not sure why it should end
As I say he is a fellow QPR fan and because I recognise him at away games I make a point of saying hello as he is usually alone
No malice intended of any kind towards him at all and it was just a bit of curiosity that made me start the threadComment

I remember him up at Grimsby a few years ago, when we played them twice in three weeks i think it was, once in the league and once in the cup, when it went off by the "leaking boot" pub. Before the game Rangers were warming up and a player I cant think who hit a shot and missed the goal and hit this Mark fella straight in the face, I thought he was dead !!!!!, the player came over to see if he was alright, I think his glasses were knocked off but he was fine, anyone else remember that.Last edited by middlesexr; 03-11-2011, 08:32 PM.Comment

Fair play swanley. Good of you to explain all that.Very shy, has had a lot of personal and health problems, which obviously I won't go into because that's private.
Gets a lot of ribbing, some of which goes too far, and I suspect his lack of social skills is beyond his control. He does appreciates people saying hello, even if he doesn't show it very well.
That's all I'm prepared to say.
Don't judge a book by its cover is the moral of the story on this one I'd say.
But as others have mentioned no one has been horrible about the chap.Last edited by Guest; 03-11-2011, 09:01 PM.Comment

Not on here, no, I'm glad to see.
But certainly has had the mick taken out of him on away trips quite a lot.
btw, I was sitting next to him, talking to him when he gt his specs knocked off -- not quite Grimsby, but close, it was our first trip to Scunthorpe when they were promo'ed, 4 or 5(?) years ago.
Unless it's happened to him twice, poor Mark.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########
