    Just got back from Spuds..

Spurs were fantastic in the first half, but we helped them, and looked scared of them. It was poor.
Second half? We looked like we belonged on the same pitch as them, and that is a massive compliment to the team. To me, Spurs are possibly the 2nd best team in the country right now. (we play the best next week).
That first 11 they put out today had no weak link, they played well even for them.

Adel was utter dogsh*t. Less said about him today, the better.
I thought Bothroyd played really well, Mackie gave the team energy, Kenny was heroic.
People will have different views on individual players, but the team gave Spurs a game for 45 minutes and came out with pride at the end. I couldn't see that coming at half time.

I'm never happy to lose a game, but I tell you now, if Spurs played like they did today against half a dozen Prem teams I could name, they'd score six or seven.
We belonged on the same pitch in the end, and I'm pretty happy with that. For now.

Absolutely spot on mate, agree with every word there
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Agreed mate. Second half was superb, as were our fans throughout.
      Your mum would love me...

Odd how Adel get's all the bad press Derry never got near a Spurs player I love derry but he was very poor today. In the first half most of the team played bad and just to stick up for Adel for a change when he got the ball there was no movement from anybody so all he could do was pass sidewards and Parker kept a close eye on Adel and never gave him a chance.

          SullivanQPR summed it up well.
That first half performance from the lads was frightening.
The second half, the lads did themselves justice.

I thought Scot Parker got away with alot. He is certainly a busy player but most his tackles looked like fouls (Lots of grabbing) and they were not called

Parker should have been booked at least once. He cannot tackle for toffee.

First half we were a disgrace. Spurs being a great team or not theirs no excuse for giving the ball back to the opposition EVERY single time. Couldn't string 2 passes together, no urgency, no clear plan it was utter dog sh!t.

Second half we were much much better & fair play to Warnock for his subs, Mackie brought energy we needed badly & Bothroyd looked like a player who wanted his starting place back.

Not fair to single out Adel, he wasn't good today but nor was Derry or many others in the first half tbh. Best player we had today was Paddy Kenny.

Good support but the famous White Hart Lane atmosphere was missing. Sh!t fans.

                      PS-Howard Webb. Awful ref.

Yeah, agree with all of the above , should start the next game with that 2nd half 11. Taarabt needs to be rested for a few

                            From The Guardian;

At half-time, as Harry Redknapp and his players re-assembled in the Tottenham Hotspur dressing room after a 45-minute rout in the rain, they became aware of a commotion coming from next door.

“There was arguing and all sorts going on in their dressing room,” Redknapp said. “It was all kicking off. I thought, ‘they’re going to have a go in the second half for sure’.”
