Well as he did against Chelsea think he was badly exposed against Fulham and even Blackburn - for a bloke who is 6ft 3 he seemed to give up even trying to win balls in the air. Perhaps a bit unfair to compare him to Samba, but you saw the gulf in class. Wd hope after Jan Bassong and Ferdinand will be first choice with Gabidon and Connolly in reserve and Fitz a distant memory plying his trade for Palace or some other lower league outfit.
