    Mackie at fullback?

    Just wondering if Mackie will play there, didn't he do it at forest?

    Yep, when Connolly was suspended for that game. Hill went to centre half.

      He also did it when we went down to 10 men (against reading I think, home one). Why not stick upfront on hiw own? None of our fit strikers are potent goal scorers, maybe mackie could do it?

        dont see Mackie as any better of a striker than what we have (and HH has to be above Mackie in that dept surely?)
        but as a fullback? maybe...the lad can run up and down

          He's not in the same class as Traroe or young as a full back though. Strikers are our weak link.

              Why not? Fast, strong, good engine...can run all day. Worth a try. Many great fb:s have started as fw:s.
