right click the image and
‘save as’ then select your desktop as location

Go up to the line above the adds and click ‘User CP’
then click on ‘Edit Avatar’ on the left had side of the page
scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the ‘browse’ button and then find the image on your desktop and click ‘save changes’
