Have not got round to using mine yet but did anyone use theirs on Saturday in the Box Office or the Clubshop?

Pardon the stupid question but do we still get the 10 pound discount voucher in printed form or is it now preloaded electronically on the membership card? Because I got the card a couple of weeks ago but no way of checking it before I come to London, and I am still waiting for the membership box. I assume you got both already so you should know? Also, perhaps you can tell us what is the capacity of the USB memory stick that is supposed to be included in the box? Thanks in advance

Never mind, it has actually arrived today. The 10 pound discount voucher is still paper-printed which I find convenient. The USB flash memory looks very flash but it is only 512 MB, which I find pathetic. I thought the capacities below 1 GB were extinct already.

I had vouchers from the Bolton tickets and from last years membership (got £2.50 back for some reason) The club shop was very busy at the Blackburn game even at 12:30, went to the box office and they gave me a full refund on vouchers but there was a message on the counter saying no refunds on season tickets vouchers here.
