I think we have some very good individual players and all of them are full of confidence, but as a team we lack confidence. Last year when we were full of it we attacked at pace, always passing forward. Now the lack of confidence sees us stop , take stock, not take any chances and pass the easy ball, back or sidewards, but not take the risk and surge forwars passing at will and taking a risk. I think it will come, but the pressure to perform needs to be liftd from individual players, like barton and tarbs and the focus should be more directed at the team as a whole.

Can understand what you are saying but we were great against newcastle villa and wolves whats changed !!!Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless

My money would still be on behind the scenes problems.
The difference between the Villa performnace and the FUlham and Blackburn performances was so marked.
If it's Barton upsetting AT, that;s probably the reason why AT has now again said he must leave in January -- he seemed to have settled with the new signings and better prospects for the team and suddenly it's all arisen again.
If that's the case, why has Barton been allowed to unsettle Taarabt? (all speculation)
Could it be that Warnock is just a little bit scared by his new captain?
Is that why he IS captain?
