    credit card transactions are not going through, no matter what card i use. either, i didn't realise how skint i am, or there is a genuine problem!

    Box Office cuts you off on the phone....

    anyone else having similiar problems?

    Same here just after 9am. Have now had to call the box office and have only moved up two places in the last 10 minutes. Others must be having the same issues.

      Yup, mate of mine trying to get 5 tickets together for 5 season ticket holder/members, no joy on line, 30th odd in queue on phone!

      I know it will take time and players were first priority but Tony needs to overhaul the administration and back office setup at QPR, its not Premier League, more like Ryman League at best !!

      Maybe someone who uses twitter can message him ?

              Yep, got mine straight away. Refuse to ring the box office now. My mate got a phone bill last week and £38 of it was for one phone call for a Bolton ticket they ordered! Nearly more than the ticket!

              That's something that needs to be addressed by Tony.

                  Club just called saying there was a problem with 20 or so bookings, sorted out my tickets with no fee so happy days.

                      got disconnected on phone several time then 30th in que for ages, girl in office then went online registered me then sorted my tickets in under a min!!

                      cant believe we only got 1600 outrageous
