              Word has it that part of the deal involved him turning on the Blackpool Illuminations.

              However, the council withdrew from the deal due to concerns that he may not be able to hit the switch.......

                          I googled Hulse and Blackpool and the only article about moving to their is from August last year from Daily Mirror.
