Well Crouch had been mentioned a few times so not a massive surprise that we gave it a go.
I've always rated him and wish him luck but £10m+ at 30 years old is a bit much as far as I'm concerned.
Would have been nice to see him back in the Hoops and I think we needed another striker but it wasn't to be.Comment
