So what is GP's role now?

Don't know if I have missed something but GP was conspicuous by his absence during the last few days. Has he gone or is he being shuffled out slowly?

Who actually cares.......Even after an amazing week, the focus somehow comes back to Gianni. Embrace the new era, if they keep GP, hey ho, if they don't then they dont. Should not be the focal point.

Not making him a focal point. Far from it and one things for sure had he been involved none of the big signings would have gone through smoothly (if at all)

It's just that his role now seems to be redundant now that Phillip Beard, our new CEO is running the show.

Oh and BTW Dan I care (and so should you)

Its quite clear Phillip Beard is the new man for that role.

First time I have posted about GP for months. Actually in light of the dealings over the last week or so my question is more relevant than ever.
Sorry you don't like it but hey ho. Not trying to pee on anyones fireworks, no-one is more excited than me but just wondered if anyone knew what he does now?

Might be the first you have posted for months but you know what I mean.
Clearly Tony has put Phil Beard in situ to deal with all the important stuff and let's face it, he has the CV for the job.
So GP's role, if any is insignificant and I'm confident it will be addressed in due course.

What I meant was can we have a day to revel in the good done by the new broom without triggering yet another 50 page thread about someone who is certainly out with the old.
