Not being funny, but why the f$�k don't they have a copy of the contract offer with them at the Training ground or medical centre, or wherever they were finalising the medical so it can then be signed and faxed, rather than risk London traffic and cutting things so fine...?

Let's hope the clock on the FA fax machine also says 22:59 and not 11:01.
