I guess I'm not used to us having £10m to spend on 1 player, I like Crouch but don't think he's worth £10m , he's 30 now and has scored 12 goals in 73 matches for Spuds.

Whats the big deal with 30,he is at the age when every part of his game comes together,agree £10m is a lot of money but he would be a great player for us.

i got to say mate im not sure if minority but a lot of people go on about maynard , the money their quoting fo rhim. is that not a bigger risk as again a championship striker with no pl league experience, he effectively no better then someone like graham?
i do think hes a great player but not sure if others seeing something ihavent that makes him a potential pl player??

I hear ya regarding the risk of signing Maynard, I think we need raw pace through the middle, I can understand why NW has played Dave there but as we all know, he isn't the answer, maybe Cameroon Jerome? but he doesn't score enough.

Hello mate,wouldnt lose sleep but would defo have crouch over Maynard any day,we have DJ instead of Maynard but Crouch is a complete pain for defences in all aspects of his game.

Yeah great place, I lived in Westwood and Brentwood, just up the road from santa Monica, also lived in NY Manhatten, but LA is the place for me.
