When we convinced Joey to sign, we didn't do it by promising Traore, Young, Ferdinand.. Trust me folks, I'm not talking any ITK **** but there must be 1-2 quality signings more.

Think this may be a slight smokescreen. Would imagine he's referring to perm deals as per the deals done so far. They will then have a solid selection of decent players bolstering the squad long term. I then think they will try for a striker on loan, poss Bellamy, sturridge, crouch (if he doesn't want to relocate). Maybe another loan attempt to also strengthen another area too....
